If you want to renovate your bathroom, kitchen, multiple spaces, or entire main floor, Love Sims Home is here to help make your dream space a reality. Brandon and Taylor will work closely with you during every step of the renovation process, from the initial consultation to the final reveal. Together, they will ensure that every step of your home renovation is carefully thought out and planned to keep on schedule and budget.

our process

STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

During this consultation, we will walk through your space and discuss your hopes and wishes for the project. We will also gather measurements and chat about space configuration so we can provide you with a quote for your project. During the consultation process, we will also talk with you about your vision and go over your design/build questions. 

STEP 2: PRESENT AN ESTIMATE 

Following the initial consultation, you will receive an estimate for the project and all items on your wish list. If you are happy with the estimate and decide to work with LSH, we will set up the payment and deposit information to ensure you lock in your reno date.

STEP 3: DESIGN CONCEPTS & PRESENTATION

Once you have decided to work with Love Sims Home and paid your deposit, Taylor will work to create a design plan and mood board for your project. Then, we will set a meeting to go over finishes, tiles, paint, furnishings, fixtures, lighting, and accents for your project. It is an exciting way to see and envision how your space will feel once the renovation is complete.

STEP 4: DESIGN SIGN OFF & RENO START-UP

After the final design plan is approved, additional site measurements will be taken and finalized; trades will be scheduled and brought on-site to see the initial layout and plan for the renovation. Brandon, our General Contractor, oversees our team of skilled and certified subcontractors, tradespeople, and our core group of LSH staff. During this time, our cabinet makers and tilers will get final confirmation of the floor plan, layout, and last look of the space before installation.

STEP 5: INSTALLATION & DESIGN

Every detail, big or small, will be managed during the renovation process, including ordering and receiving, working closely with our trades, and installing materials, furnishings, and accessories. Brandon is highly efficient, thorough and loves to stick to strict timelines, and will ensure the job site is running smoothly and everyone is on track and feeling good.

STEP 6: TA-DA! IT’S REVEAL TIME

The final installation is complete, and you turn the key, and you are back into your home that is fully finished and decorated, ready for you to start living. We will review the project with you to ensure that the transformation is complete and that we have created the perfect space for you and your fam!
